GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING APPEALS
FROM THE SAN FRANCISCO SUPERIOR COURT

These guidelines apply only to appeals from the San Francisco Superior Court to the First District Court of Appeal in San Francisco. The guidelines do not apply to small claims appeals to the San Francisco Superior Court or to appeals from the San Francisco Superior Court Limited Jurisdiction to Unlimited Jurisdiction. The guidelines also do not apply to appeals to federal courts.
