NOTICE TO ATTORNEYS REGARDING TRIAL CALL HOURS
Trials Calendared in the Master Calendar Department (Department of the Presiding Judge, Room 206, Civic Center Courthouse) will be called as follows:
- LIMITED JURISDICTION trials on Mondays at 9:00 a.m.
- UNLIMITED JURISDICTION trials on Mondays at 9:30 a.m.
- ASBESTOS TRIALS on Mondays at 11:15 a.m.

- Master Calendar (trial assignments)
9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Mondays (and subsequent days as necessary)
- Motion calendars (motions to continue, advance, specialty set etc.)
9:30 a.m. Tuesday - Thursday except if Monday is a holiday, you may not calendar until Wednesday.
- Asbestos cases
9:30 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday only. If Monday is a holiday, then that week Asbestos motions will be heard on Wednesday and Thursday.
- Ex parte calendar (Orders shortening time, etc.)
11:00 a.m. Tuesday - Friday Please remember the Court has no motion calendar or ex parte calendar on Tuesday when Monday is a Court holiday.
