The Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco’s Temporary Judge Program, welcomes and invites you to become a part of our Temporary Judge panel. The Temporary Judge Program utilizes a panel of qualified, experienced and trained attorneys who volunteer their time to serve in various divisions of the Court as Temporary Judges. Temporary Judges will serve in the areas of Traffic, Small Claims and Unlawful Detainer (UD) Settlements. This site will provide up-to-date information regarding experience, the application process, training requirements, and available resources for Temporary Judges.
